The owner of the restaurant is Michał Kuter, who graduated from the prestigious culinary school Westminster Kingsway College with an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts Kitchen and Larder. The expertise and professional experience he gained in famous London restaurants helped him create a menu which is exceptional and modern, yet at the same time deeply rooted in traditional Polish cuisine. The restaurant is housed in a restored villa, away from the city centre. Its quiet interior welcomes its guests with the delicate grey of walls, warm colour of natural wood and a motto: ‘Follow your bliss...’ Every detail of design is perfected here. Comfortable armchairs, elegant, mirror-lined wine room, or charming white, blue and gold azulejos alluding to the atmosphere of the old streets of Lisbon – all this creates a cosy interior with a homely atmosphere. In the summer, it is nice to sit is on the patio on the side of the villa, bathed in green. Guests flock here, trusting themselves in the hands of professional staff. The waiters talk with great skill and grace about the dishes and accompaniments. Compositions of exceptional beauty appear on the plates, and with every bite new culinary experiences open up to the feasting guests. The talent and unrestricted imagination of the chef and the best, seasonal, local products are the pillars of the undoubted success of this restaurant. PSST! The wonderful pierogi are made by the chef’s mother, proving beyond any doubt that culinary skills are hereditary.
