Simplistic design with wooden tables and barstools, without unnecessary decorations. This is the first stationary place of the food truck from Tricity that has already become iconic. The menu revolves around ramen prepared on a thick, strong, collagen-rich, pork and poultry shoyu broth. Snacks, starters and few yet interesting Japanese dishes are also on offer. Vegetarians have a hard time here as practically all dishes from the menu, except for tempura vegetables and desserts, are based on meat or fish. Very good Vietnamese-style coffee.
