The underground level of the beautifully designed Queen boutique hotel hides a real culinary gem. The restaurant’s interior reflects the character of the entire complex. Its atmospheric fireplace room featuring vaulted brick ceilings and exposed parts of old walls contrasts with the second, brightly-lit and minimalist room kept to black and white colours. This “old meets new” theme is also visible on the plates. Traditional dishes made using carefully selected local ingredients – lamb from Gugulski, geese from Laskowa, apples from Olszana – take on a special glow when served in modern interpretations. The attentive staff is superb at offering advice as to which wine to choose. PSST! The place offers a decent selection of Polish vodkas and tinctures, as a perfect ending to an exquisite dinner.
