The Mexican chef’s decision to open his restaurant at the Krotoszyn marketplace brought a gastronomic gem to this city. He serves his own interpretation of Mexican cuisine in a marvellously designed interior, which deftly combines lightness of form with a sprinkling of designer touches. The chef doesn’t shy away from international inspirations, which results in delicious guacamole, quesadillas or tacos appearing alongside exquisitely prepared ribs from the Złotnicka pig or duck confit served with some choice toppings. A separate menu section was dedicated to the steaks – made from carefully selected meat of Polish heifers, they are a source of pride to the chef and a top pick among his guests. PSST! Keeping true to the restaurant’s Mexican heritage, the bar serves tequila and mezcal.
