Bujna is a slow-food vegan restaurant; some dishes are also gluten-free, which is clearly marked in the menu. The menu is somewhat ironic, it features several ‘meat’ dishes based on Polish recipes (vegan tartare, vegan scrambled eggs made of chickpeas or vegan kotlet schabowy) or representing national cuisines (soi 5-spice peking duck and soi hot dogs).
