Dwór Stary Chotów, enveloped by a landscape park with ancient trees, was originally built in the 18th century, then demolished and rebuilt in the middle of the 19th century. The renovated interiors house a hotel, with the restaurant nestled in the cellars that retained their original vaulted ceilings. They serve traditional Polish cuisine, noble and courtly, based on high quality regional products and interestingly interpreted by the creative chef. He draws inspiration from the Chotów manor kitchen’s notes found during restoration works. The short menu features exquisite dishes based on beef, wieprzowina złotnicka, poultry or rabbit. PSST! For lovers of sweet delights – intensely chocolate cake filled with liquid chocolate.
