Rafał Hreczaniuk is one of the most talented Polish chefs. He honed his culinary craft working at the best restaurants in Poland and throughout Europe. With roots firmly planted in fine dining, his dishes prove that care for the product, surprising and sophisticated flavours, as well as perfect execution, are not the exclusive domain of elite restaurants. His partner is Maciej Sondij, importer of exceptional wines and founder of Winoblisko. This inclusive and conscious approach to the culture of dining (and the pleasure it gives) is the foundation, on which they built Dyletanci. The establishment owes its atmosphere to grey and blue walls, bottle green of quilted sofas, wooden furniture and large windows with a view of the park. The well-designed space gives excellent exposure to their wines. Indeed, the neatly arranged bottles are an important element of the main dining room’s decor, while being downright crucial at the wine bar. Dyletanci is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Each dish, whether it’s inspired by Polish tradition or completely original, is prepared with superb expertise. The wonderfully juicy lamb, served with tender young carrots and bear’s garlic or the crispy, intensely flavourful mackerel with Asian sides, make for some truly tempting offerings. What about their desserts? It’s difficult to find words giving justice to their taste! PSST! The renowned sommelier Norbert Dudziński joined their team in September 2018. Make sure to keep track of the events as they unfold, as their wine list is about to expand to feature over 900 items!
