Although its first guests hadn’t arrived until 1936, the inn looks like it’s been standing at the entrance to Krynica for centuries. Contrary to its name (roughly translating to Quiet Corner Inn), the place is hardly quiet. Indeed, as soon as you enter you’re feet become compelled to move to the rhythm of regional music as appetising aromas of grilled dishes fill the air. The qual¬ity of this experience is overseen by the owner himself. The inn’s interior is a wonderful reflection of highlander spirit: wood, hand painted flowers adorning the walls and home-made pickles on the counters. Feasting on roast meat crackling on the pans and other regional specialties makes an after-dinner stroll along the surrounding forest trails an excellent idea. PSST! The inn organises wedding receptions as well. There is a special hon¬eymoon suite upstairs.
