You can admire stunning views from huge windows, while pondering on the restaurant’s menu, largely based on local products from organic farms. In the season, the menu features bilberries, saffron milk caps and other gifts from mother nature, eagerly awaited through the rest of the year. To begin with, you’ll be offered excellent bread with golden yeast rolls and fresh butter, and it will only get better! The cuisine has regional character, yet it also delights with its modern way of serving and lack of embellishments – each detail of the dish is carefully considered. PSST!
