The bright, warm-beige coloured interior of Lumière has several special attractions in store for its guests: a wine cellar in the reception area, a partially open kitchen allowing a peek at the cooks’ work, and built-in cabinets used for ageing their beef. The latter, of course, headlines the menu – gourmets are tempted by the local steaks – hearty and aged, cut from entrecote, roast beef and rib-eye and served with excellent sides. Moreover, the menu features pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and dishes inspired by national cuisines. It’s a great place for a quick meal or a business dinner. PSST! Tables have also been set up in the mezzanine, offering a better view of the nearby forest and lake.
