Hidden in a building near the National Forum of Music, this intimate restaurant specialises in sushi. This is not just another bar with colorful sushi rolls. Its elegant, subdued interior can accommodate only a few people. All guests sit at the counter, behind which the sushi master celebrates the making of omakase – a tasting menu consisting of several small dishes. Here, nigiri plays the lead. It is made from European fish prepared using Japanese techniques, served on carefully cooked, specially selected rice, with the addition of fresh wasabi. The sushi master pays as much attention to the preparation of next portions as to the stories about Japanese cuisine and the philosophy behind his cooking. PSST! Interesting selection of sake and Japanese beer.
