Unique, interestingly decorated interior of a historic tenement house. The room closest to the entrance is reminiscent of interiors from the Baroque era, with its wealth of decorations, textures and colours. The other room is more subdued – brick walls and white tablecloths give it an air of calm elegance. Their rendition of Polish cuisine manages to escape stereotypes and remain light and original. The menu changes with the seasons and the chef does his utmost to fully capitalise on seasonal flavours. Definitely explore their cellars – not only on account of the decor, but also wines from all over the world. It is a truly memorable place. PSST! The restaurant terrace offers an incredible view of Wawel. Indeed, it’s so close, you’ll want to reach out across the street and touch it.
