The name (przędza is Polish for yarn) brings something soft and friendly to mind. And rightly so as Przędzalnia ‘wraps’ its visitors in the atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Although the spacious, post-factory interior has been arranged in a modern way, light wood warms it and makes it adds to its cosiness. The restaurant is located in a beautifully restored 19th century factory complex, which was brought back to life in 2014 as Fabryka Wełny Hotel & SPA. The harmony of the interior is complemented by the equally well-composed, short menu, in which European cuisine is intertwined with regional accents. Certainly, the buttermilk soup definitely deserves attention. PSST! On a sunny day, it is worth sitting on the patio. The murmur of the Dobrzynka river flowing nearby is a perfect background for a dessert and coffee.
