Subtle pink, muted beige and white are the dominant colours in Republika Róż. Rustic accessories, sideboards filled with china, subtle graphic art and floral patterned fabrics take the guests into a safe space of their grandma’s living-room. The place is famous for its marvellous pies and desserts, fragrant coffee and hot chocolate as well as tea with different additions. However, it would be a sin not to mention the delicacies making their way from their kitchen. The dishes, large part of which is reminiscent of Poznań’s bourgeois culinary traditions, are served with suitable wine pairings. Aficionados of stronger beverages can expect miód pitny and tinctures made by monks from Lubiń. PSST! On Saturday and Sunday mornings, Republika Róż invites its guests to a breakfast lounge.
