Students practice what they hear in theory at the College of Hospitality and Tourism. Sedem is namely the only school restaurant in Slovenia, made after the innovative business model where students cook and serve under the watchful eyes of their mentors. The guests can see right into the kitchen through a glass wall. The dishes are rich, made with local and carefully selected seasonal ingredients, stressing creative and youthful culinary tradition of Maribor. The herbs are picked in their own garden.
