This restaurant is part of the Młyn Jacka (Jacek’s Mill) hotel complex (restored milling machines can be seen throughout the hotel’s three floors). The industrial style connecting red brick with black accessories, together with the glazed interior, contributes to a modern arrangement. The menu is largely Polish cuisine with regional elements – the chef tries to use as many local products as possible – interspersed with international dishes. It translates to flavour compositions that are interesting, spectacular and full of colour. You can add some fun to your restaurant trip: every year during the holiday period the hotel hosts the Młyn Jazz Festival, which attracts world-class jazz talents! PSST! The Miniature Park, DinoZatorland and Energylandia are all in the vicinity of Spichlerz Smaków.
