This beautiful old villa is located right next to the Zdrojowy Park. The whole team of this unique establishment guards the forgotten Galician flavours, which is clearly inspired by Jewish cuisine. The place holds a certificate “The Culinary Heritage of Małopolska”. Its menu features a noteworthy collection of dishes. Some of them, such as cepelins (with delicious lamb stuffing!), are not foreign to the fans of traditional cuisine. But Dom Zdrojowy is also where you can discover some of the less popular specialties, like holiszkes, a variety of Jewish cabbage rolls. You’ll also be tempted by the display refrigerator with sweets – be sure to try their white chocolate paskha. PSST! In autumn, Red Pine Mushroom Day is celebrated in Wysowa.
