You enter Szajnochy 11 by walking along a vast, wavy counter, watching sushi masters bustling about behind it. The second room, the one further down, exhibits an interior that, though austere, is fresh, clean and comfortable. Apart from the classics of Japanese cuisine, their extensive sushi menu holds such wonders as rice-free sushi, sushi in crispy coating and even dessert sushi. They also have a main menu where Thai dishes are interspersed with Japanese ones. A separate lunch menu is also on offer. Plate contents here offer insight into their chef’s constant search for interesting flavour compositions, enriching typical Japanese dishes with inspirations taken from other countries. PSST! The display cooler visible right from the entrance showcases tasty desserts – keep them in mind when planning out your meal!
