This restaurant located at the heart of Kraków’s Market Square has a unique atmosphere. It comes courtesy of high-ceilinged rooms, carved cross ceilings, a multitude of mirrors, old photographs and engravings. Here Polish cuisine is re-discovered, with each of the dishes taking you on a journey into the great culinary unknown. Although the menu changes with the seasons, the dishes featured are always colourful, juicy and fragrant. Exquisite minimalism is a good phrase to describe the contents of their plates. The menu is pleasantly short, but well thought out, based on high quality ingredients. Interesting dessert selection, including a platter of Polish sery zagrodowe. PSST! The beautiful interior of Kamienica Hetmańska makes you believe that it could have once played host even to crowned dignitaries.
