The four-star Unicus hotel and a restaurant of the same name, situated in its underground parts, are located in a beautifully restored historic tenement house situated at the heart of the Old Town. The interior of the restaurant fea-turing stone-walls and high-rise vaults also made from stone is surprisingly bright, despite the absence of windows. Dishes served by the chef please the guests not only with their sophisticated taste but also their exceptional pres-entation. The menu is rotated according to the seasons. It’s always worth checking for reconstructed dishes of the Polish court cuisine – the ability to reproduce old flavours and give then a modern twist is one of the chef’s many talents. PSST! The presence of several Polish wines in the wine list confirms the local character of this restaurant.
