Squatted at Stary Kleparz, this patisserie is run by two brothers from Ukraine – Sergey and Roman Szewczenko. Its simple-design light interior is decorated by one thing only – desserts. And the desserts are truly sophisticated, as the very name suggests: lovely, surprising with unusual flavour combinations, but always underpinned by thorough knowledge of confectionery techniques, with a particular emphasis on French confectionery. On top of fashionable monoportions, there are also some classics: you can eat a cheesecake or strudel here. The patisserie manufactures custom-made cakes as well – they are as impressive as monoportions, but slightly bigger, perfect for special occasions. You can also drink some excellent coffee here.
