Squatted at Stary Kleparz, this patisserie is run by two brothers from Ukraine – Sergey and Roman Shevchenko. The only decoration in this simplistic and brightly-lit place is a display counter with cakes and desserts. The sweetmeats here are really sophisticated, as the name suggests: they’re delightful, surprising with unusual flavour combinations, and are always prepared according to the latest confectionery techniques, with emphasis on French confectionery. And most importantly, the flavours change based on seasonality. It’s worth mentioning that the patisserie also manufactures custom-made cakes, perfect for special occasions. The place also serves excellent coffee.
