The restaurant is located in a beautiful villa Konstantynówka in Zako¬pane, which is over a hundred years old. The interior is cosy and elegant at the same time. Therefore, it will make a fine venue for business meet¬ings, as well as less formal occasions. The chef skilfully blends highlander flavours with inspirations taken from other cuisines. Meat and fish are prominent items on the menu, with options ranging from lamb, being a staple of Podhale cuisine, through beef, to mountain trout and jurassic salmon; sides are always seasonal. The restaurant menu also has a page for vegetarians – the dishes featured there are capable of leading most devoted meat lovers astray! PSST! Their wine list was created by Piotr Kamecki, president of the Pol¬ish Association of Sommeliers.
