In this small, corner bistro with two tables in the middle, most of the space is occupied by a navy blue bar with barstools. On warmer days you can sit outside. Żonglerka is not only a spot for chit-chat over good coffee – it’s also a bistro with a short menu, so short, in fact, that it takes up only half of an A4 size page. The menu is seasonal, with accents from all over the world, though it’s largely based on Polish ingredients (Polish farmstead cheeses, beans from Wrzawy); from Thursday until Sunday you can treat yourself to fresh oysters. Żonglerka is a wine bar with biodynamic wine from befriended vintners. Worth noting: the bistro often organises private parties, during which it’s closed to outside guests. Check their FB page so you don’t leave empty-handed.
